Please find below an email sent to DC Site Services Admin on 1st September:

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who helped out at the Reading festival this year. I was camped really near to the fire tower 02 in the orange field, and I definately felt safer knowing the stewards were there. I know this year was pretty awful fire-wise, but I still think you all did a fabulous job and I hope to see you all next year! P.S - If someone could pass on this message to Matt (main) who was working on fire tower 02 in orange field, tell him I still owe him a cup of hot chocolate! Charmaine
